Decision Support Center
Featuring COMMON GROUND by Pat Deegan
Common Ground is a web-based program that helps empower individuals receiving treatment to be deeply involved with decisions around their treatment and recovery.
The program provides a wealth of resources and education so individuals are prepared with questions and/or concerns when meeting with their psychiatrists. Then, together, they determine the best decisions for their treatment and recovery.
The CommonGround Web-based program invites you to:
- Complete a health report so you can prepare and discuss questions, concerns, and progress with the Psychiatrist
- Browse the Recovery Library’s wealth of resources that gives you not only detailed information but also provides a variety of tools (videos, worksheets, community opportunities, etc.) that may assist you with your recovery.
These resources/tools include topics around:
- Coping with hearing voices
- Healthy eating
- Parenting
- Self-esteem
- Sleeping better
- Suicide Prevention
- Addiction
- Anger Management
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Grief and loss
- Exercise
The best part about the Decision Support Center is that you are supported by our Berks Counseling Center's Certified Peer Support Specialists.
