Careers
Our Employees are the Heart of Our Organization!
At Berks Counseling Center, we take great pride in the breadth of skills, knowledge, and abilities of each and every team member. We are committed to fostering these capabilities and attributes through our training programs as well as by developing career pathways that advance professional growth and development. Employees are truly the HEART of BCC.
Here’s what employees are saying about working at BCC…
I enjoy being a team leader helping others new to the field and being supportive to my staff.
I believe we deliver needed services to members of our community in a way that adds value for our clients, which separates us from our competitors that use traditional delivery methods. We have great community involvement and not afraid to learn and try new things.
Our CEO is a kind and professional individual. She listens to her employees and offers positive and helpful critiques. Having worked under poor leadership in the past, I feel this is a huge plus in creating a positive work environment.
