Admissions for New Clients:
What to Expect

When you call BCC, our receptionist will listen to your needs and will transfer you to one of our specially trained Care Coordinators based on that information.

The Care Coordinators will serve as your guide. Depending on your needs or those of a loved one, the Care Coordinator will help you schedule an appointment with one of our counselors, psychiatrists, or physicians. Before scheduling the appointment, we will need the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Phone Number
  • Demographic Information
  • Email Address
  • Insurance Information (please note that if the patient has private insurance, it may take up to two days to verify coverage before scheduling an appointment)
  • Who referred you to BCC?

Please note that BCC operates on a walk-in basis only. Individuals should be prepared to provide the same information listed above during the intake process. While walk-ins may receive an appointment the same day, we cannot guarantee it will be immediately after the intake process, so please plan accordingly.
