Getting Started with BCC
When you call BCC, our receptionist will ask a few questions to better understand your needs and connect you with one of our specially trained Care Coordinators.
Your Care Coordinator will guide you through the enrollment process and help determine the services that best meet your needs or those of a loved one. Depending on your situation, they may help connect you with a counselor, psychiatrist, physician, or other appropriate provider.
To begin the process, please have the following information available:
First and Last Name
Address
Date of Birth
Social Security Number
Phone Number
Email Address
Demographic Information
Insurance Information
Referral Source (Who referred you to BCC?)
Please note: If you have private insurance, coverage verification may take up to two business days before an appointment can be scheduled.
Intake Process
Once your insurance has been verified, you may visit BCC to complete the intake process. BCC operates on a walk-in basis, and you will be asked to provide the same information listed above during your intake appointment.
In some cases, individuals may be able to meet with a provider on the same day as their intake. However, same-day appointments are not guaranteed, and there may be a wait between completing your intake and seeing a provider. We encourage you to plan accordingly.
Questions?
If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at intake@berkscc.org. Email is the fastest way to receive a response.
Thank you for choosing BCC. We look forward to serving you.
